Refund policy
Made to order, so no returns
Every Spirobutor is printed for your machine. The basket dimensions are cut to your portafilter rather than to a standard size, which means it won't fit anyone else's setup and we can't resell it. So we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
If something's wrong with it, we'll replace it
Every unit is inspected by hand before it ships. If one gets past us, that's on us.
You're eligible for a free replacement if your order:
- arrives damaged, or
- has a manufacturing defect
Tell us within 7 days of delivery. Email shopmechadi@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem.
We'll ask you to send the item back, and we cover the return shipping. Seeing the faulty part matters to us, it usually tells us something about the print that stops it happening to the next person. Your replacement goes into the queue as soon as the return is on its way.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel any time before we start printing, and we'll refund you in full. Because we always confirm your sizing with you before anything goes on the printer, there's a real window to change your mind.
Once printing has started we can't cancel, since the part only fits your machine. Just email us and we'll tell you where your order stands.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it usually takes 5–7 business days to appear.
