Agreement to these terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

Made to order

Everything we sell is manufactured after you order it and sized to the equipment you tell us about. We do not hold stock.

Because of this, we confirm your specifications with you before production begins, and we rely on the information you give us being accurate.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we have confirmed your specifications and started production, not at the moment payment is taken.

We may decline or cancel an order before production begins, for example if we cannot make a part that fits your equipment, if an item was listed at the wrong price, or if we cannot verify your payment or delivery address. In any of those cases you receive a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. 

Prices may change at any time, but never after we have accepted your order.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.

Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees, and delays caused by couriers are outside our control.

Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they are delivered.

Cancellations and replacements

These are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Using the product

Our tools are made for preparing coffee, and should be used for that.

The needles are sharp. Keep the product away from children and handle it sensibly. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, modification, or use other than as intended.

3D printed parts are not dishwasher safe and should not be exposed to high heat.

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and to communicate with you about it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Site content

The text, photographs, renders and other material on this website belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without asking first.

Liability

We stand behind what we make, and our Refund Policy sets out what we will do if something is wrong with your order.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
